I made a few hundred dollars a month and got an free stuff all the time too. Then things started dying down and there wasn't much money to be made.
The main reason was that advertisers weren't approving many of the surveys being filled out and often times if they were approving them some of the GPT site owners were being shady and not paying their members.
I have befriended many GPT site owners who frequented the IWC forum and I can safely say there are still a few reputable PAYING GPT sites. I have them listed below:
I definitely recommend the above sites if you want some extra cash every month.

I was on the IWC forum when it was up and remember the help everyone gave. I was savvylady *waves*. Anyway, I just got back into the GPT world yet again and there is one that I do like called SimpleGpt. There have been many that have been paid including myself as well.
