Make Quick Cash Over and Over Again

Get paid $5 to do things for people they either don't know how to do or are too lazy to do. Fiverr is a place where you can offer your services for $5.

You can search the site for things people want someone to do and if you feel you can complete a task for them you can then contact them and do what they need. This site also allows you to post things you need someone to do for you.

The pros: you can post easy things and make quick cash. You can find people to do something for you, at a cheap price. The site does pay. PROOF OF PAYMENT

The cons: Fiverr takes $1 and PayPal (the only way they pay) takes a 2% fee, so your $5 payment suddenly turns into $3.92

Tip: PayPal fee for withdrawal is 2% of the withdrawn sum up to a maximum of $1. This means that when you withdraw $4, PayPal fee will be $0.08 and if you withdraw $100, PayPal fee will be $1. So, if you are not in a hurry to withdraw your funds, it is better to wait until you earn more than $50 before you withdraw - this way you will save a little money.

Payment From Break Studios

Back in February I mentioned how Break Media was looking for content writers. (See postings) I applied and was accepted but I must admit, I was slow to do any work for them. The pay is a mere $8 per article BUT articles can be as short as 250 words and sources/references do not always need to be sited, especially when writing from experience.

I did write 2 articles, one in April and one in May. I was paid for the April article and I am confident I will be paid for the May article as well. Here is proof of payment for the April article:

They pay 'around' the 15th and the 30th of every month.

It was kind of cool to see the article I wrote on a pretty awesome on website!

Break Studios

After I posted the last job posting here, I decided to apply. I applied this morning around 7am and I just got notification that I was accepted as a writer, so that's about a 7 hour turn around.

I am now a freelance writer for Break Studios - from what I have I read in their FAQs, they pay once a month and it seems $8 is the going rate for articles. Articles need to be between 250 and 700 words.

As I write for them I will update the process, pros and cons here. Stay tuned ;)

Freelance Article Writers Wanted

Break Studios is looking for freelance writers. This is a telecommute job! I do not personally write for them at this point, but someone who does said the following:
The pay is $8 per article. You can claim up to 5 articles at one time. All of the articles have a due date, however, so no matter when you claim the article, if an article says "Due Date: 2/16," you have to turn it in by that date. All articles must be between 250 and 700 words, which is a cinch. The titles are really fun:

"Top 10 Bars in New York City"
"10 Best Asian Actresses of All Time"
"Top Beginner Surf Spots in Southern California"
"10 Best First Date Restaurants: Las Vegas"

They ask for their writers to write in a conversational and playful second or third person voice.
The process is simple: apply, claim articles that interest you, write and get paid when we accept your work.

If this sounds like a good fit for you, visit the link below to apply, write and start making money!

The First Step to Being a Freelance Writer

Make a list of subjects that you both know about and feel you would enjoy writing about. It is so important that you enjoy what you write because it will show through in your articles.

Researching is okay; in fact it is a wonderful way to learn and grow but if you are very knowledgeable in the topics it will be easier to write an article on it.

Good questions to ask yourself before deciding on a topic:
  • What do I know that others either don’t know or don’t understand?
  • What experiences do I have?
  • What would I like to learn more about?
  • What do I love and want to share?
Be specific in your answers. “I like to write about animals” is a valid answer, but “I like to write about natural remedies for dogs” is a much more specific answer that could lead to articles or even books.

Really think about all of the education and job positions you have held, even if the topics seem unrelated - they may be able to be tied together easily.  Using the example previously mentioned; if you took some homeopathic classes and you worked for a veterinarian, right there is how you have experience with natural remedies for dogs.

Once you have ideas for topics, you will feel a better sense of direction and it will be easier to move forward.

This is a legitimate job and you do need to apply and submit a resume. Once hired, you may work as much or as little as you want. As a writer, articles pay $5, $7.50, $15 or you can opt for revenue share which means each time that article generates income you get a percentage.

GPT Sites That Pay

I made a few hundred dollars a month and got an free stuff all the time too. Then things started dying down and there wasn't much money to be made.

The main reason was that advertisers weren't approving many of the surveys being filled out and often times if they were approving them some of the GPT site owners were being shady and not paying their members.

I have befriended many GPT site owners who frequented the IWC forum and I can safely say there are still a few reputable PAYING GPT sites. I have them listed below:
I definitely recommend the above sites if you want some extra cash every month.
